Your Role

• Lead and coordinate projects for public clients, both technically and organizationally
• Manage complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure goals are met on quality, timing, and budget
• Oversee parallel projects and prioritize resources efficiently
• Communicate actively with clients and align internally at management level
• Spot follow-up opportunities and support the acquisition of new projects from ongoing initiatives

What we are looking for

• A degree at Master or Diplom-Ingenieur level, or a comparable engineering/scientific background
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience
• Proven track record in leading defense or public safety projects, including projects with at least small seven-figure budgets

• Confident interaction with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics and project environments
• Experience juggling multiple projects or sub-projects
