Your Role

• Advise and support clients — especially the Bundeswehr — in demanding IT security projects
• Develop tailored information security concepts in line with Bundeswehr standards
• Lead and support audits while guiding clients through complex security requirements
• Take technical ownership of projects and act as a trusted expert in direct client interactions
• Strengthen the team through active knowledge sharing and continuous professional growth

What You Bring

Security Standards & Regulatory Expertise

• Strong expertise in BSI IT-Grundschutz (200-series and compendium)
• Ideally experience with ISO/IEC 27001
• Familiarity with Bundeswehr IT-Grundschutz extensions (IT-GSBw)
• Confident use of DEUmilSAA AH1 / AH2 tools and templates
• Solid understanding of Bundeswehr regulations, particularly A-960/1
• Experience with standards such as NIS2, TISAX, and VS infrastructure frameworks

Technical Know-How

• Excellent Linux and Windows knowledge — embedded systems are a plus
• Strong understanding of network architectures and TCP/IP protocols
• Experience implementing Bundeswehr IT hardening requirements
• Hands-on experience with VS infrastructures and solutions from relevant vendors
• Proficiency with the SAVe (Infodas) modeling tool

Project Experience

• Several years of experience working on Bundeswehr projects
• Background in technical project management, systems engineering, and requirements engineering
• Audit experience in complex environments
• Structured, solution-driven mindset
