Acquisition of the Occupational Safety Specialist Certification
The qualification provided by the techcos Academy is led by experienced professionals in the field of occupational safety and health.
We place great importance on imparting the necessary knowledge and skills to help you make working environments safer and healthier. Therefore, the courses are designed to be practice-oriented and, in addition to many illustrative and realistic examples, also include practical assignments within real business operations.

Lernfeld 1 – Einführung in die Qualifizierung und die Aufgaben der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Orientierung)
In diesem Lernfeld liegt der Fokus auf der Selbstverantwortung und
-organisation, verschiedenen Lernstrategien sowie dem Grundverständnis der Sicherheit und Gesundheit bei der Arbeit, den Aufgaben und der Rolle der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit.
Lernfeld 2 – Arbeitssystem und betriebliche Organisation
In diesem Lernfeld wird das Unternehmen als Arbeitssystem betrachtet. In diesem Zusammenhang soll sich mit der im eigenen Betrieb vorhandenen Aufbauorganisation und der einschlägigen Arbeitsschutzorganisation vertraut gemacht werden.
Lernfeld 3 – Beurteilung von Arbeitsbedingungen
In diesem Lernfeld werden Gefährdungen und Belastungen inklusive ihrer Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsrisiken thematisiert. Um das Gelernte in der Praxis anzuwenden, werden mögliche Gefährdungen und Belastungen im eigenen Betrieb ermittelt und beurteilt.
Lernfeld 4 – Arbeitssystemgestaltung
In diesem Lernfeld steht die Entwicklung der Kompetenzen, die sich auf das Gestalten vorhandener sowie geplanter und einzuführender Arbeitssysteme beziehen, im Vordergrund.
Lernfeld 5 – Integration des Arbeitsschutzes in die betriebliche Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation
In diesem Lernfeld wird analysiert, wie die Sicherheit und Gesundheit in den unternehmerischen Kern- und Unterstützungsprozessen verankert werden kann. Parallel dazu steht die unterstützende sowie beratende Befähigung der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit im Mittelpunkt.
Lernfeld 6 – Branchenspezifischer Teil
Dieses Lernfeld ist branchenspezifisch und befindet sich derzeit noch im Aufbau. Wir vermitteln geeignete Ansprechpartner.
Unsere Ausbildung in den Lernfeldern 1 bis 5 kombiniert abwechslungsreiche Lernformate und praxisnahe Einblicke. Der Ablauf besteht aus einem regelmäßigen Wechsel zwischen Präsenzseminaren, angeleiteten Selbstlernphasen und betrieblichen Lernphasen (Praktika).
Insgesamt umfasst der Lehrgang:

7 Seminarphasen mit insgesamt 20 Tagen. Pro Seminartag werden ca. 9 Lerneinheiten à 45 Minuten vermittelt.

6 Selbstlernphasen mit insgesamt 35 Tagen. Hier planen wir durchschnittlich 10,5 Lerneinheiten pro Tag.

4 Praxisphasen im Betrieb mit einer Gesamtdauer von 35 Tagen à 10,5 Lerneinheiten pro Tag.
Die Ausbildungsdauer variiert je nach gewähltem Modell:

Vollzeit-Ausbildung: ca. 23 Wochen

Berufsbegleitende Ausbildung: ca. 52 Wochen
Während der gesamten Ausbildungszeit steht dir eine feste Lernbegleitung zur Seite – für fachliche Rückfragen, persönliche Unterstützung und individuelle Beratung.

Um an unserem Kurs zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) teilnehmen zu können, sollten folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllt sein:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ingenieur/in, staatlich anerkannte/r Techniker/in oder Meister/in

Mindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung

als Meister / Techniker ohne Prüfung eingesetzt

Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung (mit Berufsausbildung)

Eine klare Motivation, sich aktiv für Sicherheit und Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz einzusetzen

FAQ
Can I Participate in the Qualification Course Without a Master’s or Equivalent Degree?
Yes, participation in the qualification course is possible in many cases even without a master, technician, or engineering degree.
However, it is important to note the distinction:
Participation in the course does not automatically qualify you for later appointment as an Occupational Safety Specialist.
Legal requirements apply for the official appointment. These are generally only met with the appropriate qualifications. In justified exceptional cases, an appointment may be granted through a special exemption if equivalent knowledge and experience can be demonstrated. The decision is made by the responsible professional association, accident insurance fund, or the relevant supervisory authority.
Which Payment Methods Do You Offer?
The techcos Academy offers the following payment methods: invoice, PayPal, and optionally installment payments.
We also accept education vouchers from the Federal Employment Agency. This also applies to employees under the Qualification Opportunities Act.
We are happy to advise you in a personal consultation on the different financing options.
Which Certificate Do I Receive After Completing the SiFa 3.0 Qualification?
After successfully completing the course, you will receive a certificate for the completed learning fields 1 to 5. These learning fields are defined by the DGUV and form the foundation of the qualification.
The participation certificate is a prerequisite for the subsequent branch-specific qualification and the examination in learning field 6. Upon successful completion of this learning field, the SiFa 3.0 training is fully completed.
Where Can I Complete My Internship?
You have the option to complete your internship at your own company, a company of your choice, or at one of our partner companies. We are happy to assist you in finding a suitable internship placement.
